Tasting notes
Nose
Transparent yellow colour with greenish hues. Tropical fruit and fruit in syrup stand out on the nose. The attack is crisp and pleasant, with a predominance of fresh fruit and citrus aromas.
Palate
It reminds us of white and tropical fruit, citrus notes and a mineral finish. Long and rich on the palate from the work on the lees. Good acidity gives balance to the wine.
