On nose: Transparent yellow colour with greenish reflections, lively and well-integrated carbonic. The nose is dominated by citrus and white fruit aromas combined with the toasted notes of the yeast. En palate: Pleasant on the palate , with a fine acidity and long finish.
Maria Catasús
En nose: Straw colour with greenish hues. Small to medium-sized mousse. The nose is dominated by notes of white fruit with hints of ageing, primary and pre-fermentative aromas. On palate: Sourdough, brioche with lactic aromas over a background of fresh fruit. The palate is crisp, full and elegant.
