Straw colour with greenish hues. Small to medium-sized mousse. The nose is dominated by notes of white fruit with hints of ageing, primary and pre-fermentative aromas.

Sourdough, brioche with lactic aromas over a background of fresh fruit. The palate is crisp, full and elegant.
