Yellow with amber hues. The nose is dominated by ripe white fruit and Mediterranean herbs such as fennel and laurel. There are also slightly toasted notes from the yeast.

Pleasant on the palate with hints of pear and banana among others. The palate is light and refreshing thanks to its good acidity. Fresh, pleasant and mineral aftertaste.
