Transparent yellow colour with rosy hues. On the nose, it has a good aromatic intensity of fresh white fruit and prominent savoury aromas so characteristic of the Red Xarel·lo (fennel, lavender, rosemary and other Mediterranean herbs).

Crisp on the palate with good acidity accompanied by notes of Mediterranean herbs over a background of white fruit. A very suitable wine for all types of fish, seafood, cheeses and pulses.
